IT Products [ Monitor & Projector ] Sales to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by promoting and selling IT products to customers. The representative will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
Roles & responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for Monitor & Projector.
• Identify potential customers and proactively generate leads through various channels.
• Present and demonstrate IT products to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure effective product positioning and messaging.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.
• Provide post-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the IT products segment.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Attend events, trade shows, and conferences to expand network and promote products.
