  • Assist customers in identifying their furniture preferences, requirements, and style preferences.
  • Showcase the furniture collection by providing detailed product information, features, and benefits to customers.
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
  • Actively listen to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to provide personalized design solutions that align with customer’s needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the furniture products, materials, and construction techniques to address customer queries accurately.
  • Keep the shop floor organized and visually appealing by arranging furniture displays, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring products are properly labeled with accurate pricing information.
  • Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist in inventory management by conducting stock checks, restocking merchandise, and reporting shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current furniture trends, industry developments, and competitors' offerings.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
