Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of all inventory items.
Maintain accurate stock levels through regular stock counts and updates in the inventory system.
Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments for timely material availability.
Update records, logs, and reports related to incoming and outgoing materials.
Assist in preparing weekly or monthly inventory reports if required.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager.
