We are looking for an experienced Service & Parts Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of service and parts management, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Maintain stock levels for spare parts and manage inventory efficiently.

· Quote prices to customers for spare parts and services.

· Manage backorders and ensure timely availability of parts.

· Liaise with vendors and suppliers for parts orders, ensuring timely deliveries.

· Handle invoicing, billing, and payment processing in a prompt and accurate manner.

· Ensure that all workshop-related administrative tasks are completed on time.

· Work closely with the workshop team to support their parts and service needs.

· Familiarity with WSM (Workshop Management System) to manage parts and service workflows.
