· Lead the recruitment process by collaborating with department heads, conducting interviews, and implementing strategic hiring practices.

· Drive employee onboarding, orientation, and seamless exit processes.

· Ensure HR policy compliance with UAE laws and industry standards.

· Facilitate organizational development, including managing job descriptions and performance management processes.

· Oversee performance management by supporting managers with performance reviews, improvement plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Support employee engagement, foster a positive culture, and enhance satisfaction through innovative programs.

· Administer employee benefits, including health and workmen’s insurance.

· Coordinate with accounts for accurate attendance, leave, and salary adjustments.

· Oversee visa processes and maintain up-to-date employee documentation.
