AV Support:

* Be fully competent with the use of end user AV equipment

* Setup and teardown of all scheduled onsite meetings, supervise meetings as required

* Daily system checks to insure equipment and room functionality

* Liaise with customer teams to agree daily talks and activities

* Responsible for identifying defective / failed equipment and owns issues until resolved

* Delivers a “white glove” level of customer support to all customers

* ensures all AVS spaces are presentable for use

* Performs other AV related tasks as directed by customer

* Manage onsite support deliverables

* Scheduled Preventative Maintenance Visits for consistent identification and repair of defective equipment

* Manage and maintain consumables & stock holding inventory of on-site spares

IT Support:

* PC upgrades (replacing hard drives, imaging, installing tools as per client guidelines).

* Working according to customer IT requirements.

* Providing orientation on the client’s IT environment (applications, engineering, network configuration) to on-site engineers.

* Ensuring required security level access to all supported sites.

* Flexibility for the engineer to travel to other emirates if required (with travel claims covered by the client)
