Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Modeler to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the GCC countries and will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various construction and architectural projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for construction and architectural projects using industry-standard software.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure the BIM model accurately represents design intent and project requirements.

Create detailed drawings and documentation from the BIM model, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.

Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM tools to ensure model coordination and integration.

Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout the modeling process.

Assist in the preparation of presentations and visualizations to communicate design concepts and project progress to clients and stakeholders.

Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating design changes and revisions as necessary.

Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and best practices.

Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and best practices in BIM modeling.
