Perform and ensure all clinical processes, policies and standards of care are carried out and delivered towards patients through collaborative efforts with the whole Nursing, Rehabilitation and other disciplines pertaining to management, care and patient’s safety prescribe by the CARF.

• Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process within established hospital, divisional and unit specific policies and procedures, standards, protocol.
• Establishes priorities of care, nursing actions, and desired outcomes in clinical care for all patients.
• Works within the policy of homecare to deliver the mission, vision, and core values of the organization.
• Assumes responsibility for delivering quality nursing care and advocacy for patients' welfare through demonstration of evidence-based practice.
• Performs nursing duties within the clinical scope of practice and professional code of conduct as directed by the Nursing Administration, DOH PQR, and UAE Nursing Norms.
• Provide care through demonstration of appropriate knowledge and clinical assessment skills relevant to home care and perform their roles according to best practice competency framework and professional knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrate a high level of infection prevention knowledge and actions in the Homecare setting and report any issue according to PHS policy and infection framework.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and other necessary information in the patient’s medical records according to Pyramids Health Services policy and international documentation standards.
• Ensures continuity of patient care through oral and written communication with the multidisciplinary team according to the patients' needs, as well as establishing a collaborative interaction with the parents' families.
• Assumes personal and professional responsibility towards initial and annual completion of clinical competencies and registration license.
• Demonstrate direct and appropriate action in urgent and emergency situations and demonstrate ability for decision making and leadership.
• Attends /performs educational presentations, training and seminars as required by the nursing administration.
• Responsible to complete tasks given by the line manager as, and when required.
