A leading construction company in the UAE seeks a skilled BIM Modeler / Architect with 3 proven years of UAE/GCC experience to join their team. This top-tier firm is known for innovative, high-quality projects.

Responsibilities includes creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for our architectural projects. As a BIM Modeler, you will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop accurate and detailed BIM models that support the design and construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit or similar BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and incorporate design changes into the BIM models.
• Ensure BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve clashes and conflicts within the BIM models.
• Assist in the creation of construction drawings and other project documentation based on the BIM models.
• Conduct quality checks on BIM models to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies.
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Support BIM implementation and training initiatives within the firm.
