Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Register and bid farewell to guests per SOPs.
- Achieve membership targets and manage walk-in guests.
- Collect payments and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Maintain a well-stocked and operational Guest Service Desk.
- Safeguard guest privacy and uphold resort policies.
- Address complaints, anticipate needs, and build guest rapport.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Stay informed about resort services, offers, and promotions.
- Process membership registrations and transactions accurately.
- Report incidents, manage refunds, and reconcile payments.
- Control wristbands, gift cards, and promotional materials.
- Follow safety protocols and professional conduct standards.
- Assist with events and guest relations to uphold resort reputation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
