Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, friendly service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Register and bid farewell to guests per SOPs.
  • Achieve membership targets and manage walk-in guests.
  • Collect payments and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and operational Guest Service Desk.
  • Safeguard guest privacy and uphold resort policies.
  • Address complaints, anticipate needs, and build guest rapport.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Stay informed about resort services, offers, and promotions.
  • Process membership registrations and transactions accurately.
  • Report incidents, manage refunds, and reconcile payments.
  • Control wristbands, gift cards, and promotional materials.
  • Follow safety protocols and professional conduct standards.
  • Assist with events and guest relations to uphold resort reputation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
