Duties & Responsibilities:Sales:Collaborate with management to enhance product quality and develop sales business plans, budgets, and strategies to meet business objectives.Motivate and coach the sales team to optimize revenue across key areas (Food & Beverage, Equestrian, Shooting, Water Sports, Karting, etc.).Identify new business partners and opportunities to drive growth and strengthen Al Forsan’s market positioning.Prepare and manage department budgets, sales reports, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.Recruit, train, and supervise sales and marketing personnel.Build and maintain key accounts through client engagement, industry events, and trade shows.Develop and implement sales programs to maximize revenue and achieve company goals.Drive new event revenue and secure sponsorship deals to boost overall resort profitability.Perform any additional duties as assigned.Membership/Loyalty:Support the development and execution of membership/loyalty plans, retention strategies, and member events.Build strong relationships with members to encourage referrals and meet enrolment targets.Maintain an accurate database of members and prospects for effective communication and promotions.Represent Al Forsan in community activities to raise awareness and attract potential members.Assist in organizing and hosting member events to enhance engagement and retention.Support HOD in managing VVIP member and guest visits.
