1. Brand Strategy & Development:
· Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, market share, and consumer loyalty for the company’s product portfolio.
· Identify and define target consumer segments and align marketing strategies to meet their needs.
· Ensure the brand positioning and communications resonate with the market and maintain the integrity of the brand across all touchpoints.
· Manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing initiatives deliver a high return on investment (ROI).
· Monitor spending and reallocate resources as needed to maximize the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
· Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain) to ensure the successful execution of brand strategies.
· Engage with external stakeholders such as suppliers, creative agencies, and media partners to ensure consistent brand representation.
2. Product Management:
· Oversee the lifecycle of the ARF product portfolio, including new product development, product launches, and product enhancements.
· Work closely with the R&D team to ensure that brand strategies align with product attributes and market demands.
· Monitor product performance and collaborate with the supply chain/operations to ensure product quality and freshness are maintained.
3. Marketing Campaigns:
· Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that promote ARF products through various channels (digital, retail, social media, etc.).
· Create consumer engagement strategies, including digital marketing, promotions, and events, to build brand loyalty.
· Collaborate with the trade marketing and sales teams to execute in-store activations, product demonstrations, and sampling initiatives.
· Work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to align retail and trade promotion strategies with overall brand objectives.
4. Consumer Insights & Market Research:
· Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and preferences.
· Analyze competitive activity and market conditions to build brand strategies.
· Track brand performance metrics and adapt strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
5. Brand Communication:
· Develop brand communications and guidelines for ARF products, ensuring consistency across all platforms (advertising, packaging, in-store, digital).
· Manage the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity to ensure consistency in marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
· Work with creative agencies and internal teams to produce compelling marketing collateral and advertising content.
