Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from different stakeholders in both English and the second language.
- Translate business requirements and documents from English to the second language and vice versa.
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback on system functionality.
- Provide support and training to end-users on system usage and functionality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide insights to stakeholders.
