Job Summary: The Business Analyst in the Strategy & Project Management Office (SPMO) will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives, project planning, and execution. The role involves conducting comprehensive business analysis, identifying business needs, and providing actionable insights to drive organizational success. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis:
· Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and operations.
· Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Develop business requirements documents, process maps, and use cases.
2. Strategic Planning:
· Assist in the development of strategic plans and initiatives.
· Support the evaluation of business strategies and their alignment with organizational goals.
· Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
3. Project Management:
· Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute projects.
· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
· Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
· Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
· Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting:
· Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
· Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs.
· Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
6. Process Improvement:
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
· Lead initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
· Support change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems.
