- Identifying potential clients and generating leads
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Handling objections and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Submitting TSS in vendor list of suppliers and manufacturers in contracting companies.
- Focus on mega projects and build relationships with people at sites.
- Taking signage packages for study and pricing.
- Provide quotations to clients (follow-up, discussion, negotiation, knowledge of competitors).
- Commercial matters (contracts, payments, collection).
- Responsibility for submitting Drawings and submittals and getting approved by the client.
- Sending RFF to the technical department (after receiving the advance payment).
- Follow-up supply and installation (coordination between Signage dept and clients).
- Issuing invoices according to reports from the operation and installation department.
- Clients Relationship Management and Establish strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand client’s needs and provide appropriate signage solutions.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to make long-term relationships.
