The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identifying new business opportunities, managing global customers, and expanding market presence within the chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Develop innovative strategies for reaching existing and potential markets.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Conduct cold-calling and outreach to international customers.
- Maximize business with existing international customers through consistent order and delivery management.
- Retain strong customer relations to drive long-term business growth.
- Manage potential customers to build a robust future business pipeline.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements within the assigned territory.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze industry trends and contribute to building a future-ready product basket.
- Identify and pursue strategic alliances and collaborations with potential partners.
