We are hiring for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (Chemical Segment) with 8+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identifying new business opportunities, managing global customers, and expanding market presence within the chemical industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  2. Develop innovative strategies for reaching existing and potential markets.
  3. Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  4. Conduct cold-calling and outreach to international customers.
  5. Maximize business with existing international customers through consistent order and delivery management.
  6. Retain strong customer relations to drive long-term business growth.
  7. Manage potential customers to build a robust future business pipeline.
  8. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements within the assigned territory.
  9. Communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Analyze industry trends and contribute to building a future-ready product basket.
  11. Identify and pursue strategic alliances and collaborations with potential partners.
  12. Represent the company at international exhibitions and industry events.
