Roles & Responsibilities
- Establishes and implements business strategy and plans and identifies value drivers of the business to grow revenue, profitability and market share.
- Oversees, guides and monitors sales in local market to deliver or exceed budget volumes and revenues.
- Manages and enhances annual Customer Satisfaction Survey of companies and suppliers.
- Creates profitable relationships with key customers/ target audience to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained and developed.
- Identifies and evaluates the risks of any new business development opportunities to the Company by evaluating their external and internal factors.
- Collates and analyses business data pertaining to business activities.
- Conducts analysis of existing signed contracts for the purpose of quality improvement.
- Ownership of all commercial tenders to coordinate relevant inputs (including pricing) from relevant operations, quality, insurance and legal team members.
