Job Title: Business Development Executive – Retail Industry (����������� ������)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Executive to join our recruitment firm, focusing on the retail sector across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales or business development, preferably within recruitment or HR services, and must possess a ����� ��� ������� �������

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the retail industry for recruitment and staffing services.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retail clients, HR managers, and decision-makers.

- Understand client hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet their requirements.

- Prepare and present proposals and service agreements in alignment with client needs and company offerings.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and potential growth areas.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM system.

- Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the UAE.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably in the recruitment or HR services sector.

- Strong network or knowledge of the retail industry in the UAE.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong presentation skills and the ability to pitch services confidently.

- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the Emirates.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
