- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the maritime industry, including ship owners, ship management companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of each key account, and tailor solutions and services to meet their specific demands.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing key accounts, maximizing revenue potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of services and delivery of products to key accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess their satisfaction, address any issues, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on key account performance, sales activities, and market insights to the management team.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand the company's presence and generate leads.
- Forecasting and working on Pro-Active mode.
