Roles & Responsibilities
- Map the business process requirement for all departments of the organization and arrive an action plan for the business process creation
- Create business processes for various functions of the organization in coordination with concerned stakeholders
- Understand the current processes of each function by studying every step of the process to the core
- Eliminate the non-value-added activities of the process and simplifying the process
- Identify scope for digitalization and creating the required wireframes for the software
- Collaborate with all stakeholders in implementation of the process and providing required training for the process
- Audit the implemented processes and issue non-conformance to the departments
- Review the processes at defined frequency or as and when changes required in the process
