We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Café/Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Coffee Reformatory. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff effectively, and maintain operational excellence in a vibrant and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café/restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control for food and beverages.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Assist in financial tasks such as daily cash handling, sales reporting, and meeting revenue targets.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotions and optimize menu offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Education: Diploma or equivalent qualification in hospitality, F&B, or related fields (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and F&B trends is a plus.
