Job Summary:
The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and supporting the kitchen staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces.
• Properly store clean kitchen items.
• Remove garbage and ensure waste areas are clean.
• Assist with basic food prep or deliveries if required.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
