Camp Management:
1. Ensure discipline in the camp and to follow company/camp policies.
2. Ensure the smooth running of the facility, including the safety and well-being of workers.
3. Perform maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, and electrical works in coordination with the HR Manager.
4. Complete the onboarding process for new staff and workers moving into the Labor Accommodation and allocate rooms, mattress and pillows.
5. Ensure all facilities (water, electricity, air conditioning, etc.) are functioning properly and arranging technician to address any maintenance issues promptly.
6. Timely ordering and maintenance of inventory such as camp supplies, tools and equipment’s and raising Material Requisitions through e-Promis System
7. Carry out daily patrols in the accommodation along with Security Personnel and report anything unusual to the HR Manager and ensure all problems that may arise are solved as soon as possible
8. Keeping updated record of all staff and laborers staying in accommodation vide e-Promis Accommodation System
9. Supervision of Cleaners to ensure that proper housekeeping is followed such as daily cleaning of toilets, kitchen, corridors and surrounding etc.
10. Arranging Pest Control service as per AMC with authorized vendor and maintaining updated records
11. Arranging Water Tank Cleaning as per AMC with authorized vendor and maintaining updated records
12. Arranging re-filling of LPG Gas as per AMC with authorized vendor
13. Arranging Grease trap cleaning with authorized vendor and maintaining updated records
14. Arranging disposal of Garbage as per AMC with authorized vendor
15. Maintaining the petty cash for camp expenses and submitting the bills to the Finance Department on monthly basis.
16. Maintaining copy of Commercial License, Accommodation Ejari, and all maintenance contracts
Health & Safety:
1. Follow up on health emergencies, accidents and coordinate with the HR and HSE teams ensuring proactive measures are being taken.
2. Following up with workers on submission of documents for processing of workmen compensation and medical insurance claims and coordinating with HR Department
3. Implement safety and security measures to protect the camp and its residents.
4. Monitor illegal activities or any act of indiscipline in the camp like alcohol consumption, nuisance, smoking and others activities that are against the law and as directed by company from time to time.
5. Co-ordination during inspections with DM Inspectors and following up with HR Manager for corrective actions as per inspection report.
6. Liaising with Safety Manager and ensuring Material Requisitions for Uniforms & PPE are placed on time with the Purchase Department
7. Maintaining Inventory records of PPE in e-Promise system and stock taking on quarterly basis.
HR Department:
1. Investigate employee concerns and resolve them if possible. Inform HR Manager, if the matter needs to be escalated.
2. Co-ordination with HR Department on new arrivals and during end of service of staff and workers
3. Co-ordination with HR Department on staff and workers proceeding or returning from annual leave
4. Co-ordination with HR Department on renewals of residence visa of staff and workers i.e. Collection of photos, Passport Renewals, Resident ID Fingerprinting Appointments and Medical Fitness Tests.
5. Distribution of company letters, Resident ID Cards, C3 ATM Cards and Medical Insurance Cards
6 Reporting to the HR Department on C3 Card complaints received from workers
7. Arranging transportation for workers to Hospitals in case of emergency
8. Coordinate with HR Department for employee transfer viz-a-viz movement to different sites
9. Maintain a daily log of employees in the camp who are absent and sick and have not reported to work and inform HR Manager of the same
