Prepare monthly Running bill for all 3 services in coordination with Project team
Contract Administration for Electrical Works: Administer and monitor the execution of electrical contracts and agreements. Prepare and issue contract documentation, such as variations, change orders, and claims related to electrical works. Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of contracts, managing scope changes and ensuring value for money.
Cost Control and Financial Reporting: Track, manage, and report on electrical works costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring control of budgets and margins.
Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for value engineering within electrical systems and methods, ensuring that quality standards are maintained while reducing unnecessary costs. Work with the design and engineering teams to suggest cost-effective electrical design alternatives.
Client Liaison and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all electrical-related cost matters. Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, providing them with up-to-date information on cost, budget status, and progress of electrical works. Address any concerns or queries raised by clients or project team members regarding electrical costs or contracts.
Site Visits and Coordination: Regularly visit construction sites to assess progress and ensure that electrical work is being completed to specification and budget. Liaise with site teams to monitor the progress of electrical installations and ensure proper documentation of any changes or variations. Ensure that work is being carried out in compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
