Prepare monthly Running bill for all 3 services in coordination with Project teamContract Administration for Electrical Works: Administer and monitor the execution of electrical contracts and agreements. Prepare and issue contract documentation, such as variations, change orders, and claims related to electrical works. Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of contracts, managing scope changes and ensuring value for money.Cost Control and Financial Reporting: Track, manage, and report on electrical works costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring control of budgets and margins.Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for value engineering within electrical systems and methods, ensuring that quality standards are maintained while reducing unnecessary costs. Work with the design and engineering teams to suggest cost-effective electrical design alternatives. Client Liaison and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all electrical-related cost matters. Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, providing them with up-to-date information on cost, budget status, and progress of electrical works. Address any concerns or queries raised by clients or project team members regarding electrical costs or contracts. Site Visits and Coordination: Regularly visit construction sites to assess progress and ensure that electrical work is being completed to specification and budget. Liaise with site teams to monitor the progress of electrical installations and ensure proper documentation of any changes or variations. Ensure that work is being carried out in compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Camp Management:1. Ensure discipline in the camp and to follow company/camp policies.2. Ensure the smooth running of the facility, including the safety and well-being of workers.3. Perform maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, and electrical works in coordination with the HR Manager.4. Complete the onboarding process for new staff and workers moving into the Labor Accommodation and allocate rooms, mattress and pillows.5. Ensure all facilities (water, electricity, air conditioning, etc.) are functioning properly and arranging technician to address any maintenance issues promptly.6. Timely ordering and maintenance of inventory such as camp supplies, tools and equipment’s and raising Material Requisitions through e-Promis System7. Carry out daily patrols in the accommodation along with Security Personnel and report anything unusual to the HR Manager and ensure all problems that may arise are solved as soon as possible8. Keeping updated record of all staff and laborers staying in accommodation vide e-Promis Accommodation System9. Supervision of Cleaners to ensure that proper housekeeping is followed such as daily cleaning of toilets, kitchen, corridors and surrounding etc.10. Arranging Pest Control service as per AMC with authorized vendor and maintaining updated records11. Arranging Water Tank Cleaning as per AMC with authorized vendor and maintaining updated records12. Arranging re-filling of LPG Gas as per AMC with authorized vendor13. Arranging Grease trap cleaning with authorized vendor and maintaining updated records14. Arranging disposal of Garbage as per AMC with authorized vendor15. Maintaining the petty cash for camp expenses and submitting the bills to the Finance Department on monthly basis.16. Maintaining copy of Commercial License, Accommodation Ejari, and all maintenance contractsHealth & Safety:1. Follow up on health emergencies, accidents and coordinate with the HR and HSE teams ensuring proactive measures are being taken.2. Following up with workers on submission of documents for processing of workmen compensation and medical insurance claims and coordinating with HR Department3. Implement safety and security measures to protect the camp and its residents.4. Monitor illegal activities or any act of indiscipline in the camp like alcohol consumption, nuisance, smoking and others activities that are against the law and as directed by company from time to time.5. Co-ordination during inspections with DM Inspectors and following up with HR Manager for corrective actions as per inspection report.6. Liaising with Safety Manager and ensuring Material Requisitions for Uniforms & PPE are placed on time with the Purchase Department7. Maintaining Inventory records of PPE in e-Promise system and stock taking on quarterly basis.HR Department:1. Investigate employee concerns and resolve them if possible. Inform HR Manager, if the matter needs to be escalated.2. Co-ordination with HR Department on new arrivals and during end of service of staff and workers3. Co-ordination with HR Department on staff and workers proceeding or returning from annual leave4. Co-ordination with HR Department on renewals of residence visa of staff and workers i.e. Collection of photos, Passport Renewals, Resident ID Fingerprinting Appointments and Medical Fitness Tests.5. Distribution of company letters, Resident ID Cards, C3 ATM Cards and Medical Insurance Cards6 Reporting to the HR Department on C3 Card complaints received from workers7. Arranging transportation for workers to Hospitals in case of emergency8. Coordinate with HR Department for employee transfer viz-a-viz movement to different sites9. Maintain a daily log of employees in the camp who are absent and sick and have not reported to work and inform HR Manager of the same

 Your duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:Develop, implement, manage, maintain and monitor ‘Project Programme’ and manage multiple MEP works packages in parallel.Develop a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project in conjunction with the Project Manager/ Project Director.Evaluate and report Project progress/performance.Analyze, evaluate and forecast current status against established Baseline/Target Programme.Baseline management, resource/cost loading and cash flow integration.Establish and communicate cost & schedule Baselines and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective actions, where necessary.Carry out risk management activities and propose suitable mitigation measures.Manage the contractual process of the projects during execution period and report to the Higher Management.Liaise with all the Departments and ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information.                     Coordinate and liaise with other members of the team, consultants and clients to ensure efficient running of daily operations.                     Generate monthly reports with Client’s Representatives and identify, assess, monitor and report risks within the project.                     Prepare adhoc risk management reports as and when required.                     Review documentation relating to schedule and cost for all MEP provisions.                     Carry out technical studies and delay analysis such as preparation of EOT claims, production rate analysis, work cycle analysis etc. as required.                     Preparation of EOT analysis using delay analysis techniques, TIA, window analysis etc.                     Carry out all the duties and tasks as may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
