Camp Management:1. Ensure discipline in the camp and to follow company/camp policies.2. Ensure the smooth running of the facility, including the safety and well-being of workers.3. Perform maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, and electrical works in coordination with the HR Manager.4. Complete the onboarding process for new staff and workers moving into the Labor Accommodation and allocate rooms, mattress and pillows.5. Ensure all facilities (water, electricity, air conditioning, etc.) are functioning properly and arranging technician to address any maintenance issues promptly.6. Timely ordering and maintenance of inventory such as camp supplies, tools and equipment’s and raising Material Requisitions through e-Promis System7. Carry out daily patrols in the accommodation along with Security Personnel and report anything unusual to the HR Manager and ensure all problems that may arise are solved as soon as possible8. Keeping updated record of all staff and laborers staying in accommodation vide e-Promis Accommodation System9. Supervision of Cleaners to ensure that proper housekeeping is followed such as daily cleaning of toilets, kitchen, corridors and surrounding etc.10. Arranging Pest Control service as per AMC with authorized vendor and maintaining updated records11. Arranging Water Tank Cleaning as per AMC with authorized vendor and maintaining updated records12. Planning Engineer
Your duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:Develop, implement, manage, maintain and monitor ‘Project Programme’ and manage multiple MEP works packages in parallel.Develop a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project in conjunction with the Project Manager/ Project Director.Evaluate and report Project progress/performance.Analyze, evaluate and forecast current status against established Baseline/Target Programme.Baseline management, resource/cost loading and cash flow integration.Establish and communicate cost & schedule Baselines and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective actions, where necessary.Carry out risk management activities and propose suitable mitigation measures.Manage the contractual process of the projects during execution period and report to the Higher Management.Liaise with all the Departments and ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information. Coordinate and liaise with other members of the team, consultants and clients to ensure efficient running of daily operations. Generate monthly reports with Client’s Representatives and identify, assess, monitor and report risks within the project. Prepare adhoc risk management reports as and when required. Review documentation relating to schedule and cost for all MEP provisions. Carry out technical studies and delay analysis such as preparation of EOT claims, production rate analysis, work cycle analysis etc. as required. Preparation of EOT analysis using delay analysis techniques, TIA, window analysis etc. Carry out all the duties and tasks as may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
