Manage digital advertising campaigns end-to-end, including campaign setup, trafficking, tagging, launch, monitoring, and optimization.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Creative, Tech, Finance, and external partners to ensure campaign success, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize targeting, pacing, creatives, and delivery to achieve KPIs such as Impressions, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing performance updates, strategic recommendations, and proactive communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Prepare and deliver detailed campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues together with tech partners and ensure creative assets comply with publisher specifications and branding guidelines.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team to support account growth.
Support campaign reconciliation, billing accuracy, and monthly closing activities for products managed through Salesforce.
Stay informed about digital advertising trends, emerging technologies, and new ad formats to continuously improve campaign performance and advertiser ROI.
