Activate dormant agencies through engagement.
Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with brokerage firms to ensure a steady flow of business and foster trust and loyalty.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise between the property development company and brokerage firms to maintain smooth and productive working relationships.
Negotiate terms and agreements with brokerage companies, ensuring that contracts are beneficial for both parties and align with the company's strategic objectives.
Act as a liaison between brokerage firms and the property development company, ensuring that feedback from brokers is communicated to internal teams to improve products, services, and support.
Ensure that all brokerage activities comply with industry regulations and the company's standards and policies
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure that the needs and insights of brokerage firms are incorporated into the company’s broader strategies and operations.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize the performance of brokerage companies. This includes setting sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning brokerage activities with the company's overall business goals.
