Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise pipeline infrastructure construction (trenching, backfilling, laying).
2. Ensure civil works (roads, access, foundations) comply with project specifications.
3. Oversee ROW and staging area preparation for pipeline installation.
4. Ensure civil engineering tasks are completed on schedule during all EPC phases.
5. Collaborate with procurement to source materials for pipeline construction.
6. Support coordination of structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
7. Oversee execution of construction activities ensuring design and quality adherence.
8. Supervise personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
9. Inspect civil works for quality control and regulatory compliance.
10. Ensure pipeline construction complies with environmental laws (erosion control, waterway protection).
11. Implement mitigation measures (soil stabilization, waste management).
12. Ensure civil works meet HSE standards.
13. Oversee testing of civil components (foundations, support structures)
14. Ensure quality control in pipeline installation and construction techniques.
15. Oversee maintenance of supporting civil structures (roads, drainage).
    Monitor pipeline integrity and assist with repairs.
