Experience

1 - 6 years

Manage equipment, materials, procurement, tools, cost schedules, and budgets; ensure safety for all personnel (employees, subcontractors, visitors) on-site.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC Life Saving Rules (LSR).
Maintain a clean and safe work site upon completion or suspension of work.
Review, sign, and receive permits from the issuing authority after checking conditions and controls.
Implement safety precautions and controls as identified and verified by the authority.
Stay on-site throughout the duration of the work.
Conduct a toolbox talk before starting the job.
Suspend work in case of emergency or general alarm.
Display permit and certificate copies at the work site.
Close permits upon work completion.
Maintain safety and quality standards as per company procedures.
Oversee daily fabrication and erection activities in terms of safety, quality, and timeliness.
Coordinate with other disciplines to mitigate interference and clashes.
Familiar with HSE & Quality procedures of ADNOC and GASCO.
Involve all employees in daily job safety analysis.
Supervise daily operations, including pipe grinding, cleaning, and hydrotest preparation.
Prevent delays by ensuring timely site inspections.
Review P&ID and equipment drawings for each job.
Allocate workforce to respective tasks.
Guide third-party inspectors through project construction and commissioning.
