Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform welding for pipeline construction, installation, and repair according to project specs and industry codes.
   Weld joints, flanges, valves using various techniques (Stick, MIG, TIG, FCAW).
   Ensure proper alignment and fit-up of pipe sections
2. Weld structural steel for pipeline supports, brackets, and framework.
   Weld infrastructure like access roads, pump stations, and terminal buildings.
3. Prepare materials, tools, and welding machines, ensuring calibration and good working condition.
4. Maintain welding equipment and consumables to prevent downtime.
   Clean and inspect work area for safe conditions.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE (helmets, gloves, flame-resistant clothing).
6. Follow HSE guidelines to prevent accidents and mitigate welding risks.
7. Coordinate with welders, engineers, construction workers, and EPC teams.
8. Follow instructions from supervisors and engineers.
9. Provide feedback on welding challenges and safety issues.
10. Clean slag, smooth welds, and inspect joints for defects.
11. Assist in pressure testing and inspection of pipelines.
12. Document welding activities, materials used, and issues encountered.
13. Weld broken or corroded sections of pipelines.
14. Perform maintenance welding to ensure pipeline safety and efficiency.
