JOB TITLE:
Client Engagement Manager – UAE
JOB PURPOSE:
Create opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle for the Managed Services, Hybrid Cloud, Digital, Asset Management, Microsoft Applications, Cyber Security & Infrastructure solutions for Retail and Telecom customers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
QUALIFICATION:
Any Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing preferred
CERTIFICATIONS:
Sales Certification, technology certifications
EXPERIENCE:
Industry experience of over 8-12 years in direct solution selling (out of which at least five years sales experience working in UAE with Enterprise & Telecom Customers).

Director - Client Engagement
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
a) Should be able to engage customers on technical solution discussions and proposing value on solutions around Hybrid Cloud, Managed Services, Digital, Microsoft Business Applications, Cyber Security & Infrastructure Solutions.
b) Excellent customer and vendor relationship management skills, strong analytical and business planning skills, ability to communicate clearly and efficiently including making presentations and negotiating with both clients and vendors.
c) Uses consultative solution selling and business development skills at the CXO level to align the client's business needs with the company's solutions.
d) Manage & farm large Retail and Telecom Accounts (Strategic Account Management). Lead & grow the Vertical vision for Intertec Systems.
e) Capability to make solution presentations to customers with impact.
f) Effectively communicate and collaborate with respective Practice, Presale & Project Manager concerned on miscellaneous issues covering pre-sales and post-sales issues till a project is signed off by the customer.
g) Attending Tech seminars and exhibitions to enhance product knowledge and updating on the new range of solutions announced.
h) Should be able to recognize the client's business needs, interpret them, and produce/prepare appropriate proposals.
i) Follow up outstanding receivables from customers.
j) Meet monthly/Quarterly and Annual gross margin targets and revenue targets.
