As a Client Relations Manager, you will develop, implement, and evaluate sales plans to capture and grow revenue profitably, with particular emphasis on large contracts. Leads the development of strategic networks in the UAE and international clientele to achieve plans and targets.


Business Development & Sales


• Identify and qualify opportunities and contact potential B2B clients to generate new business

• Have a clear understanding of the nature of the clients' businesses and needs

• Schedule and attend meetings with clients / prospects to introduce the Etisalat Academy value proposition and establish strong business relations

• Deliver presentations to clients, and potential new clients at conferences and exhibitions

• Draft and submit professional proposals to clients and prospects

• Oversee end-to-end sales lifecycles, including negotiating the terms of agreements and closing the deal

• Coordinate with the Operations team for timely delivery of projects and high quality control standards, including post-service follow ups and service recovery mitigation

• Work to expand the client base by building rapport with key individuals in each organization

• Keep up-to-date on competitor activity in the market and their offerings

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

• Ensure sales reports and updates are reported to the Director on time

• Regularly update the CRM with sales activity and ensure the organization’s client database is regularly maintained and up-to-date.


Strategy & Planning


• Regularly maintain and update a consistent sales pipeline, with monthly and quarterly forecasts and projections, and plan ahead for each quarter and calendar year

• Maintain company goals and profitability by mitigating risks, minimizing cost-of-sales and maximizing gross profit margin

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans with field insight and business intelligence

• Represent the best interests of the organization at all times by maintaining a proactive approach with internal and external customers General

• Ensure overall compliance with internal procedures

• Other duties as and when required
