- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
- Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner, following kitchen procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
- Assist with inventory control and ensure that stock levels are maintained.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards, including hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Learn and develop culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, sauces, and garnishes.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen at the start and end of each shift.
