Health, Safety & Environment:
•Implement the Site HSE Plan to ensure work is conducted safely.
•Enforce HSE Requirements for all on-site personnel, including subcontractors.
•Conduct regular Safety Walks with subcontractors and clients.
•Investigate, report, document, and follow up on corrective actions for HSE incidents.
Construction Team Management:
•Supervise engineering discipline supervisors.
•Update the mobilization/demobilization plan for site supervision.
•Validate initial issue and modifications of the mobilization/demobilization plan for vendor representatives.
Construction Progress:
•Provide construction guidance, assistance, and advice to the jobsite team.
•Ensure work is performed within the project schedule.
•Revise the construction schedule if progress deviates from the scheduled timeline.
•Ensure timely delivery of material and equipment to maintain sufficient work front
Quality
•Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
•Verify that inspections and tests are conducted regularly and documented correctly.
•Review non-conformity reports and field modification requests with field engineering.
Reporting
•Keep the Site Manager updated on progress and incidents.
•Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
•Evaluate potential projects for MMEC Mannesmann Management, including preparing bid strategy assessments and monitoring progress and estimations.
•Gather client feedback throughout project proposal and execution phases.
•Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials.
•Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to enhance activities.
Financial Management:
•Track construction costs to ensure they remain within the planned budget.
•Monitor various cost aspects, forecast costs, and identify trends.
•Propose cost-saving measures.
