Review and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, GA drawings, tie‑in details, and vendor documents for both new piping and R&R works.
Prepare construction methodologies, lifting plans, and detailed work sequences for safe execution.
Coordinate with engineering teams for design clarifications, material substitutions, and field modifications (MTO, RFIs, redlines).
Supervise fabrication and installation of new piping systems (CS, SS, LTCS, Alloy).
Ensure correct fit‑up, alignment, welding sequence, and adherence to project specifications.
Manage supports installation, valve erection, equipment hook‑ups, and tie‑ins to existing systems.
Oversee hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, reinstatement, and system handover.
Manage tie‑ins between new and existing systems during shutdowns or controlled isolations.
Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, operations, and client representatives for smooth execution.
Monitor progress, manpower allocation, material availability, and equipment utilization.
Resolve site issues quickly through technical judgment and practical solutions.
Ensure compliance with WPS/PQR, welder qualifications, and NDT requirements.
Review test packages, punch lists, and mechanical completion dossiers.
Maintain accurate as‑built documentation for final handover.
Plan and execute critical tie‑ins and R&R works during shutdowns with tight timelines.
Support pre‑commissioning and commissioning teams for system readiness.
