To Review the contract at the tender and the pre-award stages and report the comments to the Commercial and Risk Director.
To Assess commercial obligations and liabilities, including insurance requirements, bank guarantee wording, payment terms, etc
To Manage contractual and commercial issues related to contracts and subcontracts.
To Summaries the contracts, including time limitations risks under the relevant contracts’ provisions, and ensure that the project team interpret and comply with the terms and conditions of the contract.
To Generate / manage the monthly reports on the status of the contracts, collections, claims and variations.
To assist and support the management when a dispute arises and is referred to arbitration or other litigation
To analyse and understand primavera project programs.
