We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Core Colleague to oversee and manage fulfillment operations for our Supermall Project. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient handling of transfers, timely order fulfillment, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Attendance Management: Ensure accurate attendance tracking and staff availability.
- Transfer Handling: Manage both forward and reverse transfers efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and put away items in their correct locations.
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee timely pickup, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Returns Management: Handle customer returns with accuracy and professionalism.
- Customer Complaints Resolution: Address complaints raised by the Customer Service (CS) team promptly.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace in adherence to 5S standards.
- Process Adherence: Ensure 100% compliance with operational processes and protocols.
