The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documents and records in an organized and accessible manner, ensuring proper version control and document security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project documentation, drawings, and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Implement and maintain a document control system that meets project requirements and industry standards.
• Control the issuance and retrieval of documents to and from relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure proper storage, backup, and archiving of documents to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
• Monitor and track document revisions, versions, and approval processes.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely submission and distribution of documents.
• Prepare and maintain transmittal logs, document registers, and reports.
• Assist in quality audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and construction industry standards related to document control.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
