- Develop and maintain cost control procedures and policies to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project expenses in the food and beverages industry.
- Review and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting and forecasting.
- Monitor project progress and performance against budgeted costs and key performance indicators.
- Conduct regular cost audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on cost control matters, including cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present cost reports and analysis to senior management and project stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and cost estimates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost control and recommend improvements to existing processes.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
