We are looking for a Cost Estimator for Furniture Manufacturing Company with extensive knowledge of furniture fit outs. In this role, you will be responsible for providing detailed budget estimates for interior fit outs, as well as loose furniture and daily furniture items, including beds, sofas, tables, chairs, side cabinets, nightstands, hotel suite beds, dressing tables, bedside tables, luggage cabinets, TV cabinets, wardrobes, lounge chairs, coffee tables, and more.

This is a full-time position based in Sharjah, UAE.

We are only considering candidates who have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Furniture manufacturing company and are currently residing in the UAE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide complete quantity take-offs, analyses, estimates, and studies for all deliverables associated with the assigned scope of furniture.

· Calculate the costs of materials and labor required to complete projects.

· Conduct estimation and cost control activities to ensure projects remain within budget.

· Identify cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed project scope.

· Maintain a supplier/subcontractor database while consistently seeking new companies to pre-qualify for inclusion on the tender list.
