Provide complete quantity take-offs, analyses, estimates, and studies for all deliverables associated with the assigned scope of furniture.

· Calculate the costs of materials and labor required to complete projects.

· Conduct estimation and cost control activities to ensure projects remain within budget.

· Identify cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed project scope.

· Maintain a supplier/subcontractor database while consistently seeking new companies to pre-qualify for inclusion on the tender list.
