Manage and Administer CRM solutions, focusing on CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issue.
Maintain integration between CRM systems and other business applications.
Perform Daily Health Check of the Systems to Maitian 100% available.
Ability to Achieve SLA/KPI of customer complaints.
Troubleshooting for CRM-related issues, Log Analysis, Data Purging.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within CRM systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
Understnading of Telecom business and critical business processes like Activation, Provisioning, Customer Heierachy, Telecom products for Mobile, prepaid, postpaid, Fixed line, B2B, B2C etc
Proficiency in understanding of TELECOM CRM concepts :
Strong expertise In MW Admin Apache / IIS
Strong expertise in deployment and configuration.
Expertise in understanding of relational databases, .NET Framework and web services.
Expertise with programming languages like PL/SQL, SQL, PowerShell, UNIX
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Work Experience in Telecomm Domain of minimum 5 years
