    • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the HubSpot CRM system to ensure efficient use and data integrity.
    • Customize and optimize the CRM to meet the unique needs of the luxury car rental business.

Data Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance metrics.
    • Generate reports to track sales performance, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness.

Lead Management:

    • Manage the lead capture process, ensuring leads are properly categorized and prioritized.
    • Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to convert leads into customers.

Customer Segmentation:

    • Create and maintain customer segments in HubSpot for targeted marketing efforts.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns tailored to specific segments.

Training and Support:

    • Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot features, best practices, and workflows.
    • Troubleshoot any technical issues with the CRM and liaise with HubSpot support as needed.

Integration:

    • Integrate HubSpot with other tools and platforms used by the business to streamline processes and data flow.

Customer Interaction:

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
