Customer Care Executive – Auto Service Industry (Arabic Translation & CRM Experience) We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. The role demands a strong background in customer service, fluency in Arabic and English with experience using CRM. This position will be directly reporting to the immediate Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Arabic and English. Provide accurate information regarding our services, pricing, and appointments.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Translation Support:
Translate customer inquiries, communications, and service documents from Arabic to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity. Work with internal teams to facilitate clear communication for Arabic-speaking clients. CRM Management:
Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, track service requests, and maintain customer records. Log all customer interactions accurately and update records in Bitrix24. Ensure timely follow-ups and service delivery using the CRM platform.
Coordination & Communication:
Collaborate with service and technical teams to address and ensure smooth service operations. Proactively communicate with customers about service timelines, costs, and updates. Develop reports on customer service metrics and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, customer service best practices, and Bitrix24 CRM functionalities. Identify areas for process improvement to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction
