We are inviting candidates for the position of Salesman for our Retail Tires Sales operations. This position will be reporting to the Branch In-charge and the BDM

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers

Understand customer concerns & advise them on the available brands, prices, product features

Assist the customer in making an appropriate choice

Check the system for availability of required tires according to size, brand, pattern etc.

Prepare invoices and generate the Pick slip through the System

Inform the Store keeper to collect the 'pick slip with details of the required tires

Cross check if the tire is of the correct size and then send it to the 'Fitting Area'

Handling customer queries and complaints

Arranging the shop floor/display area
