Job Purpose:
The Delivery and aggregator analyst is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of all delivery channels across multiple platforms. The role ensures accurate sales reporting, platform efficiency, data accuracy, and the seamless coordination between cloud kitchens, branches, and digital platforms to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate daily sales performance across all delivery platforms (e.g., HungerStation, Jahez, etc.).
• Analyze sales data including order volume, average order value, top-selling items, and promotional effectiveness.
• Ensure correct and timely implementation of promotions and offers across all platforms in coordination with the marketing team.
• Coordinate with Operation teams to ensure menu accuracy, pricing updates, and platform readiness.
• Benchmark and compare platform performance to identify the most profitable and operationally efficient channels.
• Track and report on the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets for delivery operations.
• Prepare and present performance dashboards and reports with actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Investigate and report compensation claims related to customer complaints (e.g., delays, missing or incorrect items, packaging issues).
• Ensure data synchronization and accuracy between Revel sales and NetSuite systems for reporting and analysis purposes.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales analysis, e-commerce operations, or F&B delivery platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with POS and ERP systems (especially Revel and NetSuite).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external platform representatives.
