- Manage and maintain inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring the availability of necessary ingredients.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized work station at all times.
- Execute all dishes according to standardized recipes and portion controls, contributing to cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to create new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring dishes meet the highest standards of excellence.
