Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their furniture and design needs.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to identify preferences, lifestyle, and spatial requirements.
  • Provide personalized and expert advice on furniture selection, colors, fabrics, and layouts.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the furniture and interior design industry.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products in the showroom, including features, benefits, and customization options.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is communicated to customers.

Space Planning and Visualization:

  • Utilize design software and tools to create visual representations of proposed furniture arrangements within customers' spaces.
  • Assist customers in visualizing how selected furniture pieces will complement their existing decor and enhance their living or working environments.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Actively contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide comprehensive product presentations to customers, highlighting the unique selling points of each piece.
  • Assist in closing sales by addressing customer concerns, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
