Job Title: Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Industry: Real Estate Brokerage

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
    Create and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website, enhancing visibility and engagement within the real estate market.
    Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords and social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Social Media Management:
    Develop and implement a creative communication strategy across social media platforms, focusing on compelling graphic and content creation to enhance brand visibility and engagement, ultimately driving follower growth and interaction.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the company website.
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis:
    Track and analyze website and social media performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns:
    Develop and manage effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage with customers. Analyze Email marketing objectives to derive maximum output from the campaigns.
  • CRM Management:
    Regularly monitor CRM system for lead capturing and Data analysis. Manage & oversee property listings on various real estate portals to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Integration of Real Estate Tools:
    Implement and manage the integration of essential real estate tools, including WhatsApp for communication and efficient lead management, to streamline lead flow within the organization.
  • Content Creation & Publishing:
    Produce and publish high-quality, engaging content for the company's website and social media channels, showcasing listings and market insights while optimizing for SEO.
  • Graphic & Designs:

Create visually impactful designs for both digital and print media, ensuring high-quality outputs that capture attention and leave a lasting impression, with a keen attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Market Research:
    Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, tailoring marketing strategies to meet these insights effectively & competitor research.
  • Trend Monitoring:
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, design, SEO, and real estate, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Customer Interaction:
    Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms, fostering a positive online community.
  • Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Active participation to lead the projects.

  • Reporting:
    Provide regular reports and presentations on marketing campaign performance and lead generation efforts to senior management.
