  • Communications with clients to clear all required information for installation
  • Contact with supplier to create the drawings
  • Cooperate with Site Engineer to know his requirements for site preparations, make contact with client about site requirements using civil/electrical points for the project document and list for civil and electrical work required for lift installation documents
  • Follow up the site preparations
  • Material inspection upon arrival to the site and NCR to be raised if needed
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication including equipment safety and performance
  • Resolve customer service quality complaints and invoicing complaints related to maintenance operations
  • Deliver service according to the service contract requirements as per quality standards
  • Responsible for end-users, sites, and technicians’ safety
  • Control field operations costs and callouts
  • Manage third party inspections visits and follow-up actions
  • Validate the service contract technical terms with the sales team
  • Timely completion of the planned maintenance visits according to scheduling
  • Responsible for the control and authorization of overtime
  • Accountable for the performance of assigned technicians and being accountable for their motivation and competence development
  • Projects must be delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with the contract scope where necessary take action to mitigate on overspends in costs
  • Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
  • Maintain a leadership role in all aspects of risk management. Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with our safety program and focused on providing a safe work environment
  • Plan, evaluate and improve the efficiency of department processes and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Schedule routine and preventive maintenance as needed. Establish and maintain a work order system to fulfil repair requests
  • Attend site and technical meetings with project team for smooth operation
  • Work on after-sales support services and providing Technician’s help
